To be eligible for an exchange, your must contact us within 2 weeks of receiving the damaged item and must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Then you must return the damaged item , upon our receiving it we will then ship a replacement.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request will confirm delivery details to customer for personal investigation.
